On June 21, 2018, the Talent Work Leading Group of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China announced the third batch of candidates for Fujian Province’s special support for the "Double Hundred Plan". According to the "Fujian Province's "Hundred Rivers" High-end Talents Gathering Plan (2013-2017)" (Minweibanfa [2013] No. 3) and the selection method, the provincial party committee and the provincial government determined that 216 people including Zhao Feng were the third Approve candidates for special support from the province for the "Double Hundred Plan".
